Patent Attorney Dr. Elisabeth von Pinkowski has been working in the field of
industrial property rights for many years. She studied chemistry (anorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry and technical chemistry) with physics as the second field of
study. After she got her doctorate to become Dr.rer.nat. at the University of Dortmund, Germany, at the institute of anorganic chemistry under supervision of Prof. Dr. H. Jacobs she started as a
patent specialist at Hoechst AG, Frankfurt, Germany. To become Patent Attorney she was trained in Patent Attorney Offices in Landshut and Chemnitz, Germany. During this time she also took her
examination to become European Patent Attorney before the European Patent Office, Munich, Germany. In 2002 she opened an office in Dresden, Germany. Further offices were opened in Espelkamp
and Nürnberg in 2011.
